Professor Olanrewaju is the director of SeaNexus, a company established to farm water resources and sea activities to land-based operations.
He possesses extensive experience in the marine and blue economy. Professor Olanrewaju has an impressive academic background, earning his doctorate in Marine Technology from a prestigious university.

Professor Olanrewaju has worked in the area of maritime technology and sustainable development, marine aquaculture and ecosystems services, disaster risk reduction, coastal biodiversity, nature-based control technology, water-food-energy nexus, climate change adaptation and resilience, coastal bioremediation and resilience, marine biodiversity and ecology, marine & safety, and environmental risk, integrated water resources management, offshore and deep water and reliability. He has authored over 280 publications, including in peer-reviewed international journals, conferences, books of abstracts, and reports. He has also written 12 books focusing on maritime and blue economy topics. Additionally, Prof. Olanrewaju is a member of the editorial board and a reviewer and is on the scientific committee of several international journals as well. He has served in several working groups, technical committees, conferences, and UN rulemaking for inland water transportation, sustainable energy, disaster risk reduction, and water conventions. He has collaborated with diverse international scholars on key research topics, is a chartered engineer registered under the UK Engineering Council and is a member of several professional associations.

Mobola Fashola is a partner in Seanexus Nigeria. An intelligent purpose driven woman who has excelled in all her professional career in different capacities. She has carved a niche for herself in different leadership roles with a proven track record. A senior executive with verifiable year after year success achieving revenue, profit and business growth objectives. A Pioneer member of different start-ups and brings a lot to the table.
Bola has demonstrated her leadership and management skills in various aspects of the echo system.
Her creative, innovative and strategic thinking makes her a resourceful and valued member of the team positioned to contribute to the functionality of Seanexus Nigeria.
Prior to joining Seanexus Nigeria, she was VP Global and Corporate Affairs at a new college in Lagos – Nubian American Advanced College in Lagos. Prior to joining the College, she consulted for Lagos State Government on Housing and Mortgage matters where she was a member of LagosHOMS committee with the Lagos State Governor as the Chairman of the committee for two years before her appointment as the Executive Director, Operations (DGM) in charge of Operations at Lagos State Mortgage Board (LagosHOMS) in 2014, where she brought her Mortgage expertise to bear with a deep understanding of the Mortgage process and proven success in the Industry. Bola was in the fore front of policy design and established start-up processes and training.
Mobola was the MD/CEO of American Diversified Mortgage, a successful Mortgage Company in Maryland, USA established in 2004 prior to moving to Nigeria in 2012. She built the Mortgage brokerage firm from scratch, collaborating with the top banks such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Country Wide Financial, packaging Mortgage loans for them with focus on Excellent Customer Service, Competitive Rates, Low Fees and Fast Closings which gave the company an advantage. Duplicated this success model in Lagos State Mortgage Board (LMB) popularly branded as LagosHoms.
Her track record includes her computer systems skills as a Senior Systems Engineer and pioneer staff member at Blackboard Inc, a leading global educational technology solution company in Washington, DC USA. She also worked as a Senior Systems Engineering contractor for different blue-chip companies in the US including, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Blue Cross Blue Shields and Espire Communications. Mobola is a high-performance business executive with advanced technology experience. She has extensive experience with highly computerized systems, as demonstrated in Blackboard Inc.
She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from University of Ife, Ile-Ife, Nigeria and bagged her Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Howard University, Washington, DC, USA. She is also a Certified Mortgage Loan Professional (MLCP), a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), from Computer Analytics, Silver Spring, MD.

CFO: Oluwatobi Ogunbayo
Oluwatobi Ogunbayo is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of establishing successful medium to large scale agribusiness ventures. He has over 19 years of experience in horizontal and vertical crop farming and aquaculture, trade finance and government relations. He started his career in 2005 where he was made the Office Manager at the African Business Roundtable/NEPAD Business Group; an international non-governmental organization [INGO] for trade advocacy, trade finance, international cooperation and macroeconomic advisory with office located in ECOWAS He handles trade relations, government relations, macroeconomic policy issues. He handles agribusiness promotion and conferences amongst other services.
He has also worked with numerous organizations over the span almost two decades with International Centre for Development Initiative [ICDI]; United Kingdom, Horizon Africa; United States of America.
He is currently on the board of many NGOs- African Internally Displaced Persons Voice Foundation [AIDPVF] and sits as the Director of National Cooperative for Commercial and Industrial Agriculture [NACCIA]. He is a non-executive director at the Agricultural Commodity value Chain Expansion Project Ltd.
In 2016, he established Honking Global Limited, an agribusiness and consulting firm in Nigeria with numerous clients spanning across the African and many international countries. The company is dedicated to the growth and sustainability agricultural practices. Oluwatobi has created strategic alliances with other key players in the agro industry, agro cooperatives and has established an ecosystem in the agricultural space. He is also the managing director of Honking Farms and is currently a consultant to the Senate Committee Chairman on Agric Production and Services of the 10th National Assembly, Federal Republic of Nigeria.
He has Bachelors degree in Agricultural Economics from the prestigious University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Masters degree in Financial Economics from the University of Abuja, and currently doing his PhD in Finance.
